I discovered Katekyo Hitman Reborn during these holidays. And as usual, I had to draw fanarts XD.
So here's Gokudera Hayato, he's one of my favorite characters: he's really funny and yet he's got a really terrible past (go read chapter 162 to understand the pic!). I tend to love characters with a sad background, I wonder why...
Anyway, it's also the first time I post a watercolor and not a digital painting. I'm not a pro of this technic so be forgiving ^^
I'll surely post more of my older watercolors later (you can see all of them here).

It's beautiful.
Beautiful! You're as good at watercolors as at digital painting. :) The most annoying thing about traditional media is a lack of the undo button, therefore it's hard to correct mistakes. =='

Is KHR good? I've seen so many fanarts and the characters have caught my eye, especially Gokudera and Hibari. ;)

lol ! When I draw traditional art I often end up searching for ctrl+Z before remembering that it's impossible XD. Computers are so convenient ^^
And KHR really is good: it has action and a lot of humor (thanks to all the crazy cast ^^), and, of course, the characters really look good <3.
Really like the melacholic feel of this picture...its a lovely painting=)
Didn't know Gokudera had a sad past...time to update on the manga ><
Thanks ^^
Yes, Gokudera is such a goofy character at times so it's hard to imagine what he went through.
*sends out more Gokudera love*
The poor guy. I feel so sad for him. That stupid piano is so symbolic.

The wicked are punished by societal law.

The good are punished by Murphy's Law.

In the end, it all evens out.
Though it wasn't the piano's fault! (As a pianist, I will always defend pianos XD). Perhaps he can remember good times with his mother while playing the piano.
Pianos are very pretty. ^^ Of course, he may also think of how his mother had to give up on her dreams as a pianist because of him. ;__;
I play the violin. ^^

Yes you're right, it may be that too ^^
So you're a violonist? I've always dreamed to play the violon but a friend told me that it's very hard to begin at adult age, is that true ?
